In last Article CABIN CREW ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES –AIRINDIA we discussed about the interview process an individual has to go through while appearing for initial rounds of Air India .Once these initial rounds are finished candidates awaits for the result and the results are sent through via email. As candidate clears one hurdle of initial rounds then he or she has to face the written test. The written exam as stated is somewhat different as there is no such prescribed syllabus for it .The topic and subjects are related and designed to check one personality , service attitude and logical ability. The exam is of multiple choice answers and one need to be selected ,there is in total of 75 questions with no negative markings. when you are facing personality , mental aptitude and service attitude questions all options has its own significance so every answer is correct, but depending on the situation and your present state of mind suggest what is correct course of action then go for that option. The purpose of the aptitude test is to test your work related perceptions, judgement and reasoning. In other words, your day to day activities on the job. In an aptitude test there is one correct answer, however the key to the test is how quickly you are able to arrive at the correct answer.
